Her Lucky Day is an online prize draw club for women. We offer weekly prize draws that you can enter by purchasing entry tickets or holding an active membership through our website.

Entry tickets and memberships are digital products and are delivered instantly upon successful payment. No physical delivery is required for entries or memberships.

Prize Delivery

Prizes won through Her Lucky Day prize draws are physical items delivered to the winner's nominated Australian address.

 

Delivery Timeframes:

Prizes are dispatched within 14 business days of successful winner confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the relevant prize draw page.

Delivery times after dispatch will vary depending on the winner's location:

• Metropolitan areas: Approximately 3–7 business days

• Regional and rural areas: Approximately 5–10 business days

• Remote areas: Approximately 7–14 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the courier or postal service used.

 

Delivery Area

Prize delivery is available to all states and territories within Australia only. We do not offer international delivery.

 

Delivery Cost

There is no cost to the winner for prize delivery. All delivery costs are covered by Her Lucky Day.

 

Delivery Method

Prizes are shipped via Australia Post or a reputable courier service, depending on the size and value of the prize. Tracking details will be provided to the winner where available.

 

Delivery Details

It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure their contact and delivery details are accurate and up to date. Her Lucky Day accepts no responsibility for prizes not received due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the entrant.

 

Undeliverable Prizes

If a prize is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the winner, Her Lucky Day will make one reasonable attempt to redeliver. If the prize remains undeliverable, Her Lucky Day reserves the right to forfeit the prize in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
