Anyone aged eighteen or over living in Australia.

 

3. Are prizes shipped Australia wide?
Yes. We ship to all states and territories in Australia.

 

4. How do I enter the prize draws?
You can enter by joining one of our membership plans or by buying a one off ticket.

 

5. Am I entered into every draw automatically?
Yes if you are a member, until you cancel your membership you will have entries into each weeks prize draw. 

 

6. How is the winner selected?
A random generator is used and every entry has an equal chance.

 

7. When are winners announced?
Winners are contacted by email and announced on our social pages. The announced dates are located on each prize page.

 

8. Will I receive tracking if I win?
Yes. Tracking is emailed once your prize has been shipped.

 

9. How long does shipping take?
Most prizes are shipped within seven business days after the winner confirms their delivery details.

 

10. I did not receive my confirmation email
Check your spam folder then contact hello@herluckyday.com.au and we can resend it.

 

11. Do you offer refunds?
Entry purchases are final.

 

12. Are the draws legal in Australia?
Yes. Her Lucky Day Pty Ltd follows Australian promotional draw guidelines and all prizes are under ten thousand dollars which means no trade promotion permit is required in NSW.

 

13. What is the Member Perks page?
This is a private area inside your account where discount codes and partner offers will be added over time.
