1. What is Her Lucky Day?
Her Lucky Day is Australia’s first women focused prize draw club, offering luxury lifestyle prizes alongside exclusive member perks and partner discounts.
2. Who can join?
Anyone aged 18 years or over who is living in Australia can join and participate.
3. Are prizes shipped Australia wide?
Yes. We ship prizes to all states and territories within Australia.
4. How do I enter the prize draws?
You can enter prize draws by purchasing tickets directly through our website. Memberships are also available and may include automatic entries into weekly prize draws, depending on the plan selected.
5. Am I entered into every draw automatically?
Members receive automatic entries into weekly prize draws for the duration of their active membership. One off ticket purchases apply only to the specific draw selected.
6. How is the winner selected?
All winners are selected at random. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
7. When are winners announced?
Winners are contacted privately by email and may also be announced on our social media pages. Draw dates and timeframes are listed on each individual prize page.
8. Will I receive tracking if I win?
Yes. Once your prize has been shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.
9. How long does shipping take?
Most prizes are dispatched within seven business days after the winner confirms their delivery details, unless otherwise stated.
10. I did not receive my confirmation email
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@herluckyday.com.au and we will assist you.
11. Do you offer refunds?
All ticket purchases are final and non refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Are the draws legal in Australia?
Yes. Her Lucky Day Pty Ltd operates in accordance with Australian promotional draw guidelines. All prize values are under $10,000 AUD per draw, meaning no trade promotion permit is currently required in New South Wales.
13. How are winners chosen?
All major prize winners are selected using RandomDraws, a government certified independent random draw system trusted by leading Australian brands.
Entries close every Thursday at 8 pm AEST unless otherwise stated. Once entries are finalised, all valid entries from memberships and one off ticket purchases are uploaded into RandomDraws. The system conducts an independent random selection and generates a certified draw result.
No private customer information is displayed publicly. Winners are announced by first name and state only, after they have been contacted directly.
14. What is the Member Perks page?
The Member Perks page is a private area within your account where exclusive discount codes and partner offers are added over time for members.
What is a Tuesday Treat?
Tuesday Treats are free, fun giveaways we run on our social media channels as a way to treat and thank our community.
They are completely free to enter, with no purchase required. Entry instructions are shared on the relevant social media post each time.
Tuesday Treats are separate from our paid prize draws and are just a little extra something because we love surprising our community.
Are Tuesday Treats the same as your prize draws?
No. Tuesday Treats are free social media giveaways and are separate from our paid prize draws.
Our paid prize draws are entered via the Her Lucky Day website and winners are drawn using RandomDraws. Tuesday Treat winners are selected by Her Lucky Day based on the details shared in each individual post.
Both are run independently and clearly outlined at the time.
