The number of entries you receive depends on the option you choose, and is always clearly shown before checkout.
Q: Am I entered into every draw automatically?
A: If you are a member, yes. Members receive automatic entries into the weekly prize draws for the duration of their active membership. Single ticket purchases apply only to the specific draw they were bought for.
Q: How can I check that I was entered into the draw?
A: You can easily check your entries inside your Member Dashboard. Simply click on “Check My Entries,” enter your full name, and the system will show you the total number of entries you received for that specific draw. It’s all there for you to see, so you can feel confident knowing your entries have been counted correctly.

One-off tickets are only valid for the exact prize draw selected at checkout. If entries for that prize have closed, that ticket option will no longer be available.
Membership entries are included automatically in each weekly draw while your membership is active.

Q: Do my entries roll over to the next week if I do not win?
A: Single ticket entries are valid for the specific week's draw they were purchased for and do not roll over after that draw is held. Member entries refresh each week as part of your subscription. Every new week is a fresh chance.

A: Membership is the easy, automatic way to be part of every weekly prize draw. Instead of remembering to buy single tickets, your entries are added for you every single week. A: There are three tiers, designed so there is something for every budget.
Bronze Glow is $4.99 AUD per month and includes 5 entries every week.
Silver Shine is $9.99 AUD per month and includes 10 entries every week.
Gold Glam is $19.99 AUD per month and includes 25 entries every week.
Every tier feels lovely. Some just give you a few more chances each week.
Q: How does billing work?
A: Memberships are billed monthly to the card on file, on the same date each month. The first charge happens the day you join, and the next runs exactly one month later. You will always be billed in Australian dollars.
Q: Can I cancel my membership at any time?
A: Yes, always. You can cancel any time through your Her Lucky Day account, or by emailing us at hello@herluckyday.com.au. Once cancelled, your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you still receive every entry you paid for.

A: Of course. You can move between Bronze Glow, Silver Shine, and Gold Glam whenever you like through your account. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle, so your entries for the current week are never affected.

A: The Member Perks page is a private area within your account where exclusive discount codes and partner offers are added for members over time. The list grows as we add more brand partners every single week, so it is worth checking back.

In the unlikely event of an unforeseen issue, we will always provide a replacement of equal or higher value.

A: Winners may be shared publicly by first name and last initial, along with their state (for example, Jessica M from NSW), so the community can celebrate alongside her.For transparency, official draw records may include the winner’s full name, however we never share full personal details publicly without consent. Q: What if I do not want my name shared at all?
A: Completely understandable. Just let us know when we contact you and we will keep your win private. You still receive your prize exactly the same way. Your comfort matters more to us than any social post.
Q: What happens if I win a major prize? Can I win again?
A: If you win a major prize, your membership entries will be placed on hold for two weeks from the date of your win. After that, you automatically become eligible to enter and win again.During this time, your membership remains active and you can still enjoy the weekly members game. Any bonus entries you receive from the game will be added to that week’s draw. However, your standard weekly membership entries will remain on hold until your eligibility returns.This is our fair play approach, designed to give more women the chance to experience that winning moment

A: Yes. Her Lucky Day is open to women aged 18 and over who are residents of Australia. This is because of Australian prize draw rules, and because we ship every prize within Australia.

A: You must be 18 years of age or older to enter, become a member, or win a prize. We verify age at sign up, and winners are confirmed before any prize is sent.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: At the moment, we accept payments securely through PayPal. PayPal allows you to use your card as well, so you can still pay using your preferred debit or credit card through their system. We are currently working on adding direct card payments very soon to make things even easier.

A: Tuesday Treats are free, fun social media prize moments we run across our social pages as a way to thank our community. They are completely free to enter, with no purchase required. Just a little extra something… because we love surprising our community.
Q: Are Tuesday Treats the same as your weekly prize draws?
A: No. Tuesday Treats are free social media prize moments and are completely separate from our paid prize draws. Our paid prize draws are entered through the Her Lucky Day website and winners are drawn using RandomDraws. Tuesday Treat winners are selected separately by Her Lucky Day directly from the entries on the original social post.
Q: How do I enter a Tuesday Treat?
A: Entry instructions are shared on the relevant post each Tuesday across our social pages. You will usually be asked to like the post, tag a friend, and follow Her Lucky Day on the platform you entered on, whether that is Instagram or Facebook. The winner is announced on our story later that week.
