About Our Service

Her Lucky Day offers weekly prize draws for women through entry tickets and memberships purchased via our website. As our products are digital entries into prize draws, they are consumed at the time of the draw and cannot be returned in the traditional sense.

Entry Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • A verified technical error resulting in a duplicate charge or failed entry

  • Cancellation of a prize draw by Her Lucky Day without rescheduling

  • Where required under Australian Consumer Law

Change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to meet eligibility requirements do not entitle an entrant to a refund.

Membership Refunds and Cancellations

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time through your account. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Refunds for membership payments will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • A verified technical error resulting in a duplicate charge or failed payment

  • Cancellation of a prize draw by Her Lucky Day without rescheduling

  • Where required under Australian Consumer Law

Prizes

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. No returns are accepted on prizes.

If a prize arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the prize and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Your email address associated with your account

  • The date and details of the transaction

  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If a resolution cannot be reached, you may lodge a complaint with your relevant state or territory consumer protection agency.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
