By accessing our website and purchasing tickets to enter prize draws, or by participating in any promotional activity such as our spinning wheel, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

To enter any prize draw or to claim a prize from our spinning wheel, you must:
   •    Be 18 years of age or older
   •    Be a resident of Australia
   •    Have an active subscription with Her Lucky Day at the time of claiming any spinning wheel prize
   •    Agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws

Her Lucky Day reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and subscription status of entrants prior to awarding any prize.

2. How to Enter
   •    Entry to prize draws is available by purchasing tickets through our website.
   •    Spinning wheel participation may be available for promotional purposes. Any prizes won via the wheel will only be awarded if the participant holds an active subscription at the time of claiming.
   •    Each competition will clearly outline:
   •    Ticket price
   •    Prize description and value
   •    Entry open and close dates
   •    Draw date and method of winner selection
   •    Entrants may purchase multiple tickets unless otherwise restricted.

3. Prize Draws
   •    All draws are conducted fairly using a random selection process.
   •    Winners will be drawn on the date and time stated on the competition page.

4. Prize Values and Permits
   •    All prizes offered by Her Lucky Day have a retail value under $10,000 AUD per draw.
   •    As such, no trade promotion permits are required at this time for New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, or Tasmania.
   •    Should our prize values increase beyond regulatory thresholds, relevant permits will be obtained in accordance with state laws.

5. Winner Notification and Delivery
   •    Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw.
   •    Prizes will be dispatched within 14 business days, unless otherwise stated.
   •    It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide accurate contact and delivery details.
   •    If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Her Lucky Day reserves the right to redraw the prize.

   •    Discount offers featured on our Perks page are visible to the public but actual discount codes are only accessible after login or ticket purchase.
   •    Offers are subject to availability and may change or be removed at any time without notice.
   •    Her Lucky Day is not responsible for the performance or terms of third-party discount providers.

7. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the case of:
   •    A technical issue resulting in duplicate or failed entry
   •    A cancellation of the competition by Her Lucky Day
