1. Eligibility

To enter any prize draw or participate in any promotional activity, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a resident of Australia

•Entry and prize eligibility are strictly limited to individuals who identify as women. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse entry or prize allocation where this requirement is not met.

• Provide accurate and complete personal and contact details
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Australian laws

Certain promotional activities, including spinning wheel promotions, may require an active subscription at the time a prize is claimed. Any such requirement will be clearly stated at the time of participation.

Her Lucky Day reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and eligibility of any participant prior to awarding a prize.

2. How to Enter

• Entry is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

• Eligible entrants may enter a specific advertised prize draw by purchasing one off entry tickets via the Her Lucky Day website.

• Eligible entrants may also enter prize draws by holding an active paid membership. Active memberships receive automatic entries into eligible prize draws in accordance with the membership tier selected.

• The number of entries allocated for both one off ticket purchases and memberships will be clearly displayed on the Her Lucky Day website at the time of purchase.

• Membership entries are automatically allocated provided the membership is active and the applicable membership payment has been successfully processed.

• If a membership payment fails, is declined, reversed, cancelled or refunded prior to the draw closing time, the associated entries will be deemed invalid.

• One off entry tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Entries will not be valid unless payment has been successfully processed.

• Entries are deemed received at the time payment confirmation is successfully processed through the Her Lucky Day website.

• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, disqualify or invalidate any entry where payment is not successfully completed or where these Terms and Conditions have not been complied with.

• Entry fees are non refundable except as required by Australian law.

• All entry purchases are final and no changes can be made once the relevant prize draw has closed.

3. Prize Draws and Winner Selection

• All paid prize draws are conducted fairly and are based solely on chance.

• Winners are selected at random and no skill, judgment or other criteria influence the outcome.

• Each prize draw is independent and is not linked to any past or future prize draw.

• Draw dates and times are published on the relevant prize draw page on the Her Lucky Day website.

• Unless otherwise stated, entries close each Thursday at 10:00pm AEDT.

• Draws take place on Friday morning following the closing time.

Winner Selection

• Major prize winners are selected using RandomDraws (randomdraws.com.au), an independent, government certified random draw system.

• A draw certificate is issued by RandomDraws confirming the fairness and validity of each draw.

• Winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable regulations.

• If a member wins a major prize, they will be temporarily excluded from entering further major prize draws for a period of one (1) month from the date of their win.
• This reflects that the member has participated and won within the membership period they have paid for.
• After this one-month period has passed, the member will become eligible to enter and win future draws again, within a future billing cycle.
• This approach ensures fairness across all members while allowing each member to receive value from their participation.
• All members must have an active paid membership at the time of entry and at the time of the draw to be eligible.
• Her Lucky Day reserves the right to manage, verify, and enforce draw eligibility at its discretion to maintain fairness and integrity across all promotions.

5. Tuesday Treats and Free Promotions

• Her Lucky Day conducts a free weekly promotion known as “Tuesday Treat,” which runs every Tuesday via Her Lucky Day’s official social media channels.

• Tuesday Treat is free to enter and no purchase or payment is required to participate. Entry instructions, eligibility criteria and promotional details are outlined on the relevant social media post each week.

• Tuesday Treat is separate and independent from paid prize draws conducted by Her Lucky Day. Winners of Tuesday Treat are selected at the sole discretion of • Her Lucky Day and are not drawn using RandomDraws or any third party certified draw platform.

• Her Lucky Day reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or withdraw any Tuesday Treat promotion in accordance with applicable Australian laws.

• It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure their contact and delivery details are accurate and up to date. Her Lucky Day accepts no responsibility for prizes not received due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the entrant.

• Prizes will be dispatched within 14 business days of successful winner confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the relevant prize draw page.

• If a winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, or does not respond within 14 days of notification, Her Lucky Day reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless required by Australian law.

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

• A verified technical issue resulting in a duplicate or failed entry
• Cancellation of a prize draw by Her Lucky Day without rescheduling
• Any circumstance required under Australian Consumer Law

• The use, misuse or inability to use any prize
• Any delay, non delivery or defect in a prize caused by a third party supplier
• Any act or omission of a third party associated with a prize or promotional offer

All entrants participate at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be lawfully excluded.
